We are looking for a Client Advisor (M/F) whose main mission will be to act as an ambassador for our brand and guarantee an irreproachable quality of service.

Responsibilities

• Offer our customers a unique experience by guaranteeing a personalized service from welcome to a continued follow up
• Ensure the smooth running of sales
• Provide product technical expertise and brand knowledge
• Retain local and international customers
• Participate in the life of the boutique (management of after-sales service, establishment of inventories, profiling, data management etc.)

Profile

Successful experience of at least 6 years in sales or customer advice, in a demanding environment and for a renowned brand or entity

Perfect command of English, French and a third essential language
Acute sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills, ease in communication
Strong team spirit, dynamism, versatility and sense of discretion.
