Isn’t it curious the way life works? Even a simple elevator ride can feel ordinary until you realise it is one of the few places where the world briefly gathers. Different people, different stories, crossing paths for a moment before moving on.
That small idea became the spark for A&S Chronora’s Elevator Series Christmas Campaign. Our inspiration comes from our own head office, a five-floor building with an elevator that has become a daily meeting point and, ultimately, the heart of our story.

The elevator is more than a backdrop. It becomes a small world of its own, a space where different personalities enter, meet for a moment and reveal what A&S Chronora represents. Each floor reflects a different facet of the brand, from heritage and craftsmanship to care and exploration. Meet the A&S Chronora Family
The plot is disarmingly simple, and that is where its charm lives. Five strangers. One elevator. A brief ride that becomes a story. The magic comes from the characters, each adding a layer of meaning to the journey.
Every floor represents a pillar of our world:
Floor 1: The Collector
Immaculate and ever-curious, our Certified Pre-Owned Collector can read a watch like a seasoned traveller reads a map. Every detail holds meaning. He represents the world of Rolex Certified Pre-Owned, where watches are not just bought but understood.
Floor 2: The Elegant Woman with a Caring Touch
Polished and attentive, Service Centre Lady brings warmth to everything she touches. She handles each watch with patience and respect, guided by an instinct for precision that never misses a beat. Her character reflects the spirit of the Rolex Service Centre, where care and expertise come together to return every timepiece to its best.
Floor 3: The Family
Our inquisitive, sophisticated Rolex Family brings a sense of curiosity to the ride. They notice the small things, appreciate the finer details and share an easy elegance that feels unmistakably Rolex. Their presence represents the Rolex brand itself, a world where refinement, craftsmanship and a lifelong appreciation for time are passed from one generation to the next.
Floor 4: The Adventurer
Our adventurous, delightfully eccentric Tudor Explorer brings a spark of unpredictability to the ride. He carries the spirit of someone who has seen more of the world and is always ready for whatever comes his way. His energy reflects the essence of Tudor itself, a brand shaped by exploration, resilience and the thrill of pushing beyond the familiar.
Top Floor: Our Terrace
Our terrace is where the story comes together. Under the New Year’s Eve fireworks, the characters share a moment that feels full of unity, celebration and the promise of a new beginning.
The Concierge: The Anchor of the Story
The concierge stands at the heart of the campaign, grounding the entire plot with his presence. He embodies the spirit of A&S Chronora, observant, refined and naturally attuned to the people who come into his world. He moves with an ease that connects individuals from different walks of life, becoming the unseen guide of the elevator’s journey.
He witnesses every story that unfolds, understands each personality that enters and sets the tone for how these characters come together. Through him, the elevator becomes more than a setting. It becomes the place where it all truly begins.
