Boutique Manager

A&S Chronora, the official retailer of Rolex and Tudor watches in Lebanon, is seeking an experienced manager for one of our prestigious watch boutiques. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily operations, curate exceptional client experiences, and drive the boutique's success through strategic planning and best practice implementation.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership: Develop and manage the boutique's business plan, aligning it with A&S Chronora's overall strategy. Effectively manage Boutique budget and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs); submit reports to upper management.
  • Operational excellence: Stay abreast of luxury watch retail trends; recommend best practice updates. Develop and implement processes that ensure compliance and efficiency. Oversee daily operations according to company and brand procedures.
  • Crafting unforgettable experiences: Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and translate them into exceptional luxury experiences. Professionally resolve client concerns and maintain high satisfaction. Monitor the recording of client information in the CRM software.
  • Boutique management: Achieve sales targets and develop effective client retention strategies. Manage inventory in coordination with upper management based on demand, budget, and forecasts. Ensure visual merchandising and presentation of the Boutique meet the highest standards.
  • People management: Support the recruitment of talented individuals for the boutique team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to empower your team to excel.

 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in sales and luxury retail, preferably in the watch, jewelry, or fashion industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, jewelry design, interior design, fashion, arts, marketing, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are a strong asset.
