In this role, you'll be the heart of our client experience, building genuine connections with customers, and guiding them to discover their perfect timepiece.

Main Responsibilities

• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
• Uncovering clients’ preferences and tailoring their experience accordingly. Building meaningful relationships with every A&C Chronora community member.
• Handling in-store enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Bringing Rolex and Tudor watches to life by highlighting their extraordinary stories.
• Staying ahead of the curve through industry training and local market insights.
• Obtaining clients’ information and recording it into the CRM software for proper tracking.
• Supporting the processing pf payments and creating invoices.
• Maintaining impeccable standards and adhering to company and brand operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, design, fashion, etc.)
• 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
• An undeniable passion for luxury watches, especially Rolex and Tudor.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A client-centric mindset with a high degree of professionalism.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic (additional languages a plus).
