A&S Chronora, the official retailer of Rolex and Tudor watches in Lebanon, is seeking a visionary Retail Director. In this exciting role, you'll oversee all four of our prestigious locations: the Rolex Boutique, Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Boutique, Tudor Boutique, and Rolex Service Centre. You'll be at the forefront of our success, crafting strategic initiatives, driving profitability, and orchestrating exceptional client experiences while elevating our retail operations to new heights.
Main Responsibilities
- Retail management: Direct daily operations of the Rolex Boutique, Tudor Boutique, Rolex Service Centre, and Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Boutique, ensuring constant improvement of organization, productivity, and client experience. Oversee the ordering process of watches and spare parts based on careful analysis. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Strategic planning: Lead the design and implementation of game-changing retail strategies, in line with company goals. Identify and monitor retail department KPIs and oversee their implementation. Oversee Retail department budget planning and efficient use.
- Client relationships: Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize client satisfaction, boutique operations and profitability.
- Organization: Oversee the development and implementation of retail department policies, processes, and procedures in compliance with legal and company standards. Facilitate the implementation of an omnichannel business model in collaboration with other departments.
- People management: Cultivate a high-performing team environment built on mentorship, training, and shared values. Support the recruitment of talented individuals for the retail team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to empower your team to excel.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, jewelry design, interior design, fashion, arts, marketing, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree a plus.
- Fluency in English, French and Arabic is a must, with additional languages a plus.
